As Demand Gen Lead, you’ll own the top of the funnel end-to-end. Your mandate is simple and ambitious: find our audience wherever they live online and bridge the gap between their pain points and Hivel’s value. You find them. You reach them. You win them.

This is a high-impact role at a hyper-growth stage, perfect for someone who thrives on ownership, accountability, and results.

  • Own the pipeline: Take full responsibility for top-of-funnel performance and demand targets.

  • Manage the budget: Own and optimize spend across LinkedIn, Google Search, and Meta.

  • Win high-intent search: Dominate category keywords so buyers looking for solutions like ours find us first.

  • Run the sniper play: Execute ABM campaigns targeting C-suite and senior engineering leaders at dream accounts.

  • Data-driven creativity: Partner with design to iterate on ad creative using performance data, not gut instinct.

  • Measure what matters: Track CAC, pipeline efficiency, and ROI to continuously improve outcomes.

  • You’ve scaled demand at a B2B SaaS startup from ~$1M ARR to $10M+.

  • You’re hands-on and deeply fluent in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads.

  • You don’t just “run ads”, you understand the math behind CAC, LTV, and payback periods.

  • You’re analytical, experimental, and comfortable owning a number.

  • You thrive in fast-moving, high-ownership environments.
