The GTM Engineer will be a part of the GTM Engineering team and will collaborate with existing GTM engineers to build scalable systems. 

The GTM Engineer is a "systems-first" growth leader responsible for building the technical and strategic infrastructure that powers the company’s revenue engine. Unlike a traditional marketer who executes campaigns, the GTM Engineer designs the blueprints and pipelines that make those campaigns scalable, repeatable, and data-driven. You will own the “how" of the Go-To-Market strategy, translating high-level business goals into automated workflows and measurable pipeline. This is a High-Impact / Central Growth Role with a focus on building Growth Systems, Automation Architecture, and Demand Engines

1. GTM Architecture & Strategic Modeling

  • ICP & TAM Mapping: Define the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and build Total Addressable Market (TAM) models to guide marketing focus.

  • System Design: Architect multi-channel plans (ABM, Outbound, Nurture) as "engines" rather than one-off tasks.

2. Technical Stack & Data Engineering

  • Integrations: Co-ownership of the MarTech stack, including HubSpot, Clay, GA4, and session analytics (e.g., Clarity).

  • Signal-Based Flows: Build automated pipelines triggered by tech-stack changes, hiring trends, or funding signals to power account scoring.

  • Data Hygiene: Maintain lead routing, lifecycle automation, and attribution integrity to ensure a seamless handoff to Sales.

3. Campaign Engineering & AI Implementation

  • Automated Personalization: Execute end-to-end campaigns (ABM, retargeting) using AI (LLMs/GPTs) to scale human-quality messaging.

  • Growth Loops: Identify successful blueprints and replicate them across different industries or ICP segments.

  • AI Fluency: Deploy AI-assisted workflows for content generation, segmentation, and rapid data analysis.

4. Full-Funnel Analytics & Optimization

  • Dashboarding: Build and monitor reporting from initial reach through to Meetings Booked. 

  • CRO & Behavior Analysis: Use heatmaps and session recordings to diagnose funnel drop-offs and implement iterative improvements.

  • Proven track record in B2B Growth, Demand Gen, or Marketing Ops.

  • HubSpot (CRM/MA), Clay (Enrichment), GA4, and Automation/IPaaS tools.

  • Expertise in Zapier/n8n/ make.com, APIs, SQL, and CRM architecture is a must.

  • Systems Thinker: You build for reuse and scalability, not just speed.

  • High proficiency in data interpretation, experiment design, and SQL/BI tools.

  • Ability to bridge the gap between technical workflows and executive strategy.

Performance Success Metrics (The "Impact")

In this role, your success is measured by the health of the revenue engine:

  • Pipeline Velocity: How quickly leads move from MQL to Qualified Meetings Completed.

  • Attribution Clarity: 100% visibility into which channels are driving Qualified Meetings Completed.

  • Efficiency: Reduction in Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) through automation.

  • Scalability: The ability to launch into a new ICP in days, not months.
