🎯 The Mission

This role is your entry point into real SaaS Go-To-Market, not theory or busywork.

As a GTM Associate, you’ll learn how modern B2B SaaS companies grow, from prospecting and messaging to outbound experiments and pipeline creation. You’ll work closely with sales and marketing, directly contributing to revenue and growth from Day 1.

  • Research and identify target companies and engineering leaders (CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Directors).

  • Run outbound outreach via email and LinkedIn, and experiment with new channels.

  • Write personalized, high-signal messages that spark real conversations.

  • Qualify interest and book meetings for the sales team.

  • Maintain clean and accurate lead data in the CRM (training provided).

  • Track outreach metrics (opens, replies, meetings) and improve using data.

  • Help refine GTM playbooks, sequences, and outbound experiments.

  • Strong written and spoken communication skills.

  • Curious, proactive, and organized.

  • Comfortable with rejection and staying consistent.

  • Ready to work in-office in Hyderabad.

  • Comfortable aligning with the US time zone.

No prior sales experience required.
If you’ve done outreach in any form, events, clubs, sponsorships, communities, content, or side projects, that’s a strong plus.
