We’re looking for a high-ownership operator to work directly with the CEO on lead management, outbound outreach, and pipeline conversion for our Semiconductor & HPC services.
This role requires someone who can independently run outreach, maintain pipeline discipline, and leverage modern tools (including AI) to improve efficiency and scale.
What You’ll Own
● End-to-end lead lifecycle management (inbound + outbound)
● High-quality calling, follow-ups, and deal progression
● Structured CRM/ERP pipeline management (zero lead leakage)
● Email + LinkedIn outreach campaigns with measurable outcomes
● Lead enrichment using Lusha. Apollo, etc.
● Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to:
● Draft and personalize outreach
● Automate follow-ups and responses
● Improve productivity and response rates
● Daily coordination with CEO on priorities, deal movement, and execution
